You will be accountable for the following IT focus areas at the plant:- Operational excellence IT/OT Infrastructure & Networking is sustained.- There is systemic remediation of IT policy compliance issues identified by our internal IT audit teams.- IT Compliance to both Industry, Cybersecurity (protecting information and infrastructure) is achieved.**Responsibilities of the role**- **Escalation Management**: Avoid/minimize impact to business by identifying potential critical issues and alert management aggressively, elevating to the right support teams who can take action immediately.- **Problem Management**: Ensures that the action to address the root cause from recurring incidents or incidents resolved through temporary workarounds are being tracked to completion. Regular reviews are done based on business and operating standards, with key personnel and IT partners.- **Change Management**: Responsible for implementing and ensuring there is a robust IT change management process (review, approve, control quality of execution), preventing incidents/unplanned outages resulting from poorly planned change implementations.- **Continuous improvement**: Identify opportunities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT/OT operations and work closely with key stakeholders and operations teams to deliver the agreed continual improvement plan.- **Governance of Operational partners at site**: Engage and collaborate with local/global operational IT resources that deliver IT support and operations at the Plant. (i.e. IT helpdesk support, network operations, etc.)- **IT/OT Infrastructure Domain Expertise**: Deep understanding of IT infrastructure with a strong desire to improve an expertise that is now recognized as a critical skill in P&G's IT career model. This includes NT servers, Networking, Firewalls, Voice, Mobility and Personal Computing. (CCNA certification is preferred)- **IT Stewardship**: Performs Control Self Audits to ensure the Plant is compliant with both Company IT policies and standards. Ensures the timely closure of any issues found during the assessments. Provides support during Internal Audit activities related to IT/OT area.- **SAP Skill & Knowledge**: Site Contact for P&G regional SAP BPx and/or Service Provider, acting as consultant for local SAP Support needs within SAP Module(s) of technical responsibility.
