Information Technology Specialist

Description s Key ResponsibilitiesSome job descriptions for the position are shared below :1. Assist overall IT operation to ensure critical systems, specifically Property Management System, Call Accounting and POS systems, are available out of business hours for any urgent cases.2. Ensure effective support for all other systems, including Finance systems, HSIA and wireless systems, and other applications.3. Establish and maintain user procedures and hardware familiarization for all systems.4. In conjunction with the IT Manager and Director of IT, coordinate any new system implementation, update or upgrade with hotel staff and hardware or software suppliers.5. Assist individual departments in setting up computer training for their individual departmental needs.6. Assist the IT Management in ensuring system security procedures are carried out and are consistent with control requirements and corporate policy.7. Maintain accurate records and manage daily operation via ServiceNow and other IT related applications.8. Conduct self in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts9.
