The Solution Architect and Technical Project Manager will be part of PMO delivery team responsible for driving infrastructure transformation projects that includes projects such as Privileged Access Management (PAM), IT Infrastructure Consolidation & Application Realization etc.**Requirements**:- Understand business requirements and objectives for IT Infrastructure projects and map these into the technology solution for implementation- Design and architect IT Infrastructure solutions, including server infrastructure, storage systems, network architecture, and security mechanisms, that align with the architecture guiding principles and reference architecture.- Accountable for the detailed component specifications and translating these into detailed designs for implementation.- Create or review High Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) to ensure that these adhere to technology standards.Collaborate with all stakeholders to provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase of infrastructure projects.Manage project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets for multiple IT Infrastructure projects.- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and resource utilization for all infrastructure projects.Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential technical challenges and propose mitigation strategies.- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to meet project requirements in the IT Infrastructure domain.- Create and maintain all project artifacts, including infrastructure diagrams, technical specifications, and configurations.- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members working on IT Infrastructure projects.- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and problem solving across infrastructure projects.- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT Infrastructure, solution architecture, and project management.- **Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.**:- **Proven experience more than 10+ years as a Solution Architect and Technical Project Manager, or similar combined roles, in designing and implementing IT Infrastructure projects and managing technical projects.**:- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure principles, network architecture, server infrastructure, storage systems, and security mechanisms.- Well versed on IT Service Management processes such as incident, change, problem management.- Proficiency in infrastructure technologies, such as virtualization, cloud computing, networking, and security.- Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as **AWS, Azure, or GCP, and infrastructure automation tools.**:- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
