Injection Moulding Technician

Responsibility:- Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance and work flow.- Managing raw materials arrangement to ensure traceability and inventory report.- Monitor the daily production record in order to ensure the production schedules are met in time.- Quality inspection of parts constantly for defects and report immediately to direct superior.- To follow ISO 9001 with 5S practice.- Check and guide operators perform duties as per Work Instruction.- To upkeep mould and machine by recording frequently.- Unload and upload mould and set up required mould according to job order given.Requirement:- Minimum of 2 years working experience in the Injection Moulding Indutries.- Able to read and understand of technical drawing.- Knowledge of machine usage, tools and equipment as well.- Must possess own transport.- Able to work rotational shift or irregular hours when require.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
