Inside Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:- Provide administrative field sales support to Account Managers, source for products, prepare quotation, follow up with customers, process purchase orders, arrange billing and delivery- Incorporate with sales team in developing, building pipeline, and closing deals- Perform research on behalf of the company in order to identify available potential opportunities- Manage creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identified- Act as the primary internal point of contact for customers in the absence of managers- Ensure the smooth running of sales process- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required**Requirements**:- Knowledge in IT will be an added advantage- Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills- Persistent, patient and results-oriented- High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills- Positive attitude, self-motivated and customer service orientation- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply- Applicants must be willing to work in 3 Two Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor**Benefits**:- Basic salary + Allowances- Over Time- EPF, Socso and EIS- Annual Leave/ Medical Leave/ Medical Claim- Staff Purchase Scheme- Product Training- Oversea Trip: Asia, America, Australia, Europe- Salary Review- Twice per year**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Inside Sales: 1 year (preferred)
