Malaysian citizen;- Possess Diploma in Civil Engineering and **qualified Inspector of Work certificate**;- At least 3 years relevant working experience;- Monitor and ensure compliance to the various construction control plans, including, but not limited to, Project Quality Assurance and Control Plan, Site Safety and Health Plan and Traffic Management Plan;- Ensuring that the work is carried out in strict compliance to the approved construction drawings, and specifications, leading to the issuance of SKPs and SKPL by LLM;- Ensure strict compliance to the Project's Master Implementation Plan and relevant work program. Identify any possible delays and advise RE on mitigation measures to overcome the delay;- Carry out joint measurement of the work done on behalf of the Client, and prepare and submit all related documents, in an agreed format, to the client;- Inspecting and witnessing of acceptance test of construction materials, components and permanent works as provided for in the Project Inspection and Testing Plan;- Supervise and ensure that all works are carried out in compliance to the approved drawings/method statements (The responsibility for ensuring the adequacy of method statement and shop/working drawings is solely with the contractor);- And supervising the same to ensure they are complied with at site;- making such visits to site by personnel from the head office of the Supervising Consultant to satisfy himself as to the performance of any site staff appointed and to satisfy himself that the works are executed generally according to contract and otherwise in accordance with good engineering practice giving necessary advice to the Client; and- Keeping a proper and accurate as-built record of all work and delivering as built information and drawings to the Client on the completion of the work, with all endorsement required by LLM and in a format acceptable to LLM.- Working location : WCE Seksyen 11,Perak**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 9 months**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leaveSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Taiping: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- related: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Bahasa Malaysia (required)License/Certification:- B2&D (required)Expected Start Date: 09/04/2023
