To carry out site inspections to ensure compliance with the contact specification and drawings, current legislation and standard policy.- To prepare reports on progress, site activities and all other related matters.- To be responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contract and construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion.- To ensure that all materials delivered to site are conform to the approved specifications and the project's inspection test plan.- To identify all remedial/outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts.- To regularly report to relevant superiors on the progress of the works and the problem areas encountered especially in respect of defective, outstanding or non-conforming works or delayed works.- To keep all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect of the progress of works such as daily work record with encompasses labor force, machinery and weather records.- To attend all site meetings and technical meetings as directed and when necessary.- To implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work constructions as so defined in the Company's Quality Management System.- Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.**Job Requirement**:- Diploma/Cert from Technical Institution or above- At least 3 years working experience in related field- Initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and reporting skills- Preferably with experiences in supervising high rise residential product or similar projects- **Registered with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM) as Inspector of Works (IOW)****Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional development
