Inspector Of Works (M&E)

**Job Responsibility**:- Supervise, monitor, coordinate and control all daily construction works and adhere to document control procedure.- Ensure that all works executed are in accordance with architectural and M&E drawings, specifications, construction plans, Method of Statement and procedures.- Execute inspections and tests as per Inspection and Test Plans and to utilize quality control mechanisms as provided for by Resident Engineer / Company Inspection forms/ checklist.- Issue memo to contractors for non-compliance of the required Quality Standard, Construction drawings and Specifications.- Prepare and update daily report, verify progress report, site memos, NCRS and attending to site meeting.- Check construction drawings and specifications. Report to PM if any discrepancy is found.- Monitoring progress and reporting to PM/ M&E consultant/Resident Engineer;- Ensure all records, plans, reports, photographs, equipment and samples file & place properly.- Liaise with contractors/M&E consultant/ Resident Engineer/ surveyors for site inspection works/ inspection with authorities.- Identifying effects and liaise with contractors for defect rectification.- Checking the building regulations, Health & Safety, Legal & Ecological requirements complied**Job Qualification & Requirement**:- Min 10 - 15 years working experience in the supervisor of property development or constructions projects.- Conquas / Qlassic- Registered with IOW- Able to work in a fast -paced and demanding environmentPay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development
