CompanyCredit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Berhad- locationMalaysia : Selangor- 97, Jalan SS 7/2, Ss 7, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia_- Get Direction- Deadline19 Dec 2023, 9:12 AMJob Scope- Design and develop instructional materials such as e-learning modules, videos, presentations, and job aids, based on the TNA findings.- Conduct thorough research to gather relevant content and ensure the accuracy and relevance of instructional materials.- Utilize authoring tools and multimedia software to develop visually appealing and interactive learning materials.- Incorporate assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning materials and make improvements based on evaluation results.- Gather feedback from stakeholders and learners to continuously improve the instructional materials.- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while ensuring the quality of deliverables.- Job Requirement- 7+ years of experience in learning & development. Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role, including experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and TNA techniques.- Proficiency in using authoring tools and multimedia software.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.- Familiar with Financial Industry is added advantage.Minimum Year of Working Experience- 7 YearsMinimum Qualification- Bachelor's DegreeMinimum Grade- Pass / Non-gradableField Of Study- Education/Teaching/Training
