We are now hiring in preparation for further growth.**General Responsibilities**- Maintain, repair, update and calibrate all instrument systems in production plant- Be literate with Emergency Shutdown and Fire and Gas Detection systems- Take supportive role as backup personnel to ELIT**Special Responsibilities**- Responsible for checking and recording of status on all process field instrumentation- Report to PSUP/SPOP the status of instrument equipment- Responsible for all instrument maintenance and calibration- Keep record of repairs, adjustments and the use of spare parts- Liaise with PSUP for spare parts stock and necessary purchasing- Assist ELIT when doing work in production plant if necessary- Perform electrical isolation on process equipment when necessary- Assist SPOP and JPOP in production routines when needed- Assist in necessary maintenance of various safety and alarm systems in whole unit- Be fully familiar with PTW system, rules, regulations and work procedures applicable to his responsibilities- To report any hazardous situation or equipment failure to PSUP and SPOP as appropriate- Carry out routine safety tests and checks on equipment as required by PSUP- Support and technical expertise to ELIT in important maintenance in other departments- Assist with various instruments calibration as requested by relevant Area Supervisors through PSUP**Certificates & Training**- For certificates and training, see Company Training Matrix, Unit Specific Training Matrix and CBT Matrix**Qualifications & Experience**- Previous experience as Electro Technical Officer (Electrician) onboard ships is preferred or Automation Engineer with electrical education suitable for instrumentation systems. Must have Experience from pneumatic field instrumentation.
