Position: Insurance Claims Clerk. Salary: RM 1200-1500. Job location: Kuala Lumpur city center. Job Description Chrisjac is currently seeking individuals who are interested in office legal clerical position for an established insurance company in Kuala Lumpur city center. This junior position would be based at their Legal Department responsible for record keeping tasks and filling of documents, completing paperwork and clerical duties. This is not a university graduate level position but is an ideal role for secondary school graduates with SPM or Diploma qualification. The main job responsibilities will be to provide administrative support in the Legal Department, administer and support the claims and underwriting departments in respect of making payments. The main tasks will include: -Manage and process a range of legal documents (insurance policies and claims). -Interpreting basic policy coverage and determine if coverage applies claims under the insured's policies. -Execute the claims handling process and procedures. -Perform data entry tasks. -Process payment for claims and banking. -General office clerical duties. -Maintenance of records and filling activities. -Provide administrative support to legal team as and when required.The candidate We are specifically looking for female candidates who are reliable and enthusiastic attitude to work. -Malaysian female in age group 20-25. -Qualification required: Diploma in Book Keeping/Accountancy. -2 years of previous claims administration experience in within general insurance policy contracts or other legal documents. -Work experience in handling insurance claims in insurance industry would be an advantage. -Knowledge of general insurance policies. -Good computer and data entry skills. -Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
