Insurance Specialist (Sarawak - Kuching & Sibu)

**Responsibilities**:- To help customer stay protected by offering Bancassurance Product.- To source customer from branch walk-in, build relationship with bank existing customers and share- To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales target.- Actively participate in the bank's sales and promotion activities (face to face (F2F) / virtually).- To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service.- Disciplined tracking of all sales activities.**Requirements**:- Posses recognized Degree or Diploma in any field.- Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English, or other local languages is an added- Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently.- Strong selling and negotiation skills.- Excellent communication and relationship management skills- Possess PCE/CEILLI license is an added advantage.- Willing to travel**Salary & Benefits**:- Salary up to RM4K for minimum 3 years insurance/banking sales experience.- Salary up to RM3K+ for minimum 3 years non-insurance/banking sales experience.Branch vacancies:- Sarawak - Kuching & Sibu- Sabah - Kota Kinabalu- Johor - Masai/Pasir Gudang- N.Sembilan - Port Dickson- Melaka - Melaka Raya- Penang - Balik Pulau- Perak - Ipoh**Salary**: From RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
