**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement comprehensive warehouse management strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the warehouse operation.- Document and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and best practices; keep training manuals and related documentation updated and available for warehouse.- Work closely with various departments, such as procurement, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes.- Collaborate with IT teams to implement technology solutions that enhance warehouse efficiency and visibility.- Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers,- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective services and adherence to quality standards.- Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfilment to in cooperate into warehouse management system.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize warehouse and logistics performance.- Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to logistics operations.- Develop and manage the warehouse budget and costing, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.- Analyse logistics and warehouse expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the warehouse team, encouraging innovation and best practices.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to foster professional development.- Analyse warehouse data and trends to identify areas for improvement and present performance reports to top management.- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize warehouse processes and decision-making.- Able to travel internationally to support and implement warehouse management system and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.**Experience/ Skills requirement**:- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, logistics principles, and industry best practices.- Well verse and experience in warehouse management system is required- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in logistics software and technologies.- Knowledge of international logistics and regulations is advantageous.- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions.
