Intel Collection (Geopolitical) - Korean Support

**Job Scope**:- Search the internet daily for any potentially damaging issues and user risks- Log leads found via open source intelligence, allowing stakeholders to take action- Assist on ad hoc projects aimed at preventing product abuse for the client- Monitor situations and provide up-to-date information cross-functionally- Work with analysts to research various topics and keywords to provide early warning signals for current events and trends happening globally- Acknowledge and staying up to date on all team process updates**Job Qualification**- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with a proven ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams with senior stakeholder and executive visibility- Calm under pressure, with an ability to function well in urgent, developing situations- Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once- Fluent in English and Traditional Mandarin (Speaking/Writing/Reading)**Preferred Qualifications**:- Understanding of international and geopolitical events and how they may impact a global company- Strong technical competency, with a data-driven analytical approach toward observing developing trends- Strong interest in the internet, pop culture, news media, history and current events- Expertise with Internet technologies and related policy and regulatory environments- High degree of initiative and deadline-driven productivity- Customer service/client experience preferred- Basic knowledge, education, experience or interest in Open source Intel gathering and social media monitoring is a plus
