Job Description Prepare and evaluate the project progress claim and verification of monthly claim for sub-contractors. Problem solving for all commercials and contractual issues and disputes at the site. All costings and changes within the budget must be managed, controlled and validated. Suggest and review contractual changes and claim for certification and verification by superior. Assists with the administration of contracts in accordance with their conditions. Assure compliance with ISO standards in the company's operational work processes and documentation. Manage tendering processes, conduct tender interviews, evaluate and analyse costs, recommend award of the tender, and prepare the letter of award. 2 years of contract period Requirements Hold a Professional Certificate/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, or any equivalent field. At least more than 10 years' experience in construction/property development/consultancy, with preference given to those with have experience in Japan. Extensive expertise in pre and post-contract duties. Demonstrate strong analytical and negotiation abilities. Exhibit proficient management skills, collaborate well within teams, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Capable of working independently under pressure, meeting strict deadlines, and upholding a high level of integrity. Fluent in both written and spoken Japanese.
