Interior Designer (3D Visualizer)

*3D works - responsible for conceptualizing including mood board & material proposal, space planning, color coordination, 3D perspective visual, rendering etc. *2D works - responsible for full set construction drawing including layout plans, elevation, section, M&E etc. *Complete work assignment within stipulated time. *Site visits to collect information, take measurement and meeting clients when required. *Work with Project Manager in developing project plan, meet budget and schedule. *Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality. *Coordination to resolve problem in design, fabrication and site installation. *Assist in calculating specification and quantity for quotation preparation. *Stay abreast with latest developments in design technologies and techniques. *Any other duties assigned by Superior from time to time.Design Aid was founded on the fundamentals of Bespoke and Mordern Design.
