Position: Interior Designer Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Location: Klang Valley - Shah Alam Salary Range from RM 2,800 to RM 4,000 Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Exhibition Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and experience of our exhibition centers, contributing to the overall aesthetic and storytelling of our exhibition. The Exhibition Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful conceptualization, planning, and execution of engaging and impactful exhibitions. Responsibilities: Conceptualization and Design: Develop innovative and visually compelling exhibition concepts that align with the artistic vision and goals of the organization. Spatial Planning: Effectively plan and optimize exhibition spaces, considering factors such as flow, lighting, and visitor experience. Detail Design: Create detailed design proposals, including layout plans, 3D renderings, and material specifications, ensuring adherence to budget constraints. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align exhibition design with promotional efforts, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach. Project Management: Manage the end-to-end exhibition design process, from ideation to installation, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to. Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the exhibition design process. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with brick artists, designers, and other stakeholders to understand their vision and incorporate it into the overall design as curated content for the exhibitions. Quality Control : Ensure the highest standards of design consistency and excellence across all exhibitions. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Interior/Exhibition Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. Bachelor's Degree in Exhibition Design, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools. Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating immersive and memorable visitor experiences. Passionate about brick toys such as LEGO, and familiar with art and cultural institutions, is a plus.
