Interior Designer (Basic + Commission) - Shah Alam

Responsibilities:- Provide and develop sales quotations based on proposed designs- Present design ideas on space planning and SketchUp- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and team in order to address client's needs- Undertake design projects from concept to completion- Follow up leads in a timely manner- Project supervision & cost negotiation- Generate steady and constant sales income- Prepare proper documentation for submission to relevant authorities**Requirements**:- Diploma / Degree in relevant field.- At least 1-2 years experience in sales.- Malaysian citizens only.- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.- Good spoken and written in Bahasa Melayu and English.- Possess own car.- Willing to travel**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Setia Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Interior Design: 1 year (preferred)
