1. Source for new clients and provide sales consultation services for interior design services. 2. To understand the needs of clients. 3. Manage follow up of sales enquiries, client relations and after sales service. 4. Preparation of project quotation to client from beginning until completion, including costing management. 5. Report sales status and progress on weekly and monthly basis. 6. Facilitate handover of projects to clients. 7. Create & prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, models and visuals. 8. Propose and design new concept to each client according to their desired needs. 9. Propose suitable construction materials, colour scheme, carpentry work and etc. 10. Liaise with team during and current progress of all ongoing projects. Job Requirements: 1. Applicant must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field. Applicants with Interior Design/Architecture background will be prioritised. 2. Strong in Interior Design conceptualization. 3. Good selling and negotiation skills. 4. Creative with strong design sense. 5. Pleasant working attitude, self-motivated and hardworking. 6. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 7. Ability to read floorplans/furniture detailed drawings. 8. Applicants with Interior Design knowledge is a strong advantage. 9. Applicants must ideally be able to converse in verbal and written English, Mandarin and Malay. Additional dialects (Cantonese etc) are added advantage. 10. Applicants must be willing to travel and work on weekend/public holidays when required. 11. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. 12. Applicant must ideally have their own transport. 13. Proficiency in SQL systems and Microsoft Office software is preferred.
