Interior Designer

An Interior Design Co-Worker in IKEA creates inspiring and functional solutions that contribute to a fun and exciting shopping experience and establish IKEA as the leading home furnishing retailer on the market. They are part of the Communication and Interior Design Team working alongside their creative colleagues in Visual Merchandising and Graphic Communication.

To create relevant, functional, aesthetic and commercial home furnishing solutions that contribute to positing the IKEA brand in the local market as the leader in life at home.

* Ability to draw, visualise and present an idea.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

* Enthusiastic about assignments and working with others in a team.
* Good attention to detail. Practical hands-on approach to work.

* Good communication skills in English.

* Experience of working with visual merchandising in a retail environment.

* Passionate about home furnishing with able to do planning, implementation and improvement of range presentation Computer proficiency i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), AutoCad.
