Interior Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:- Liaise and attend meetings with clients, sub-contractors & relevant authorities.- Prepare sample boards, presentation material & presentation skills.- Carry out design concepts and details,3D perspectives, layout plans and knowledge in residential and commercial projects.- Involve in Site Measurement, Layout Plan, Selection of Material used.- Carry out ad-hoc duties / task when requested by management Independent and punctual.**Qualifications**:- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3DMax etc.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards.- A portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects is required.Willing to travel.**Benefits**:**Flexible working arrangement.****13 month fixed bonus and commission****Cosy working environment.****Young and dynamic team.****Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student jobContract length: 36 months**Salary**: RM1,479.73 - RM3,500.00 per monthExpected hours: 48 per week**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Interior Design: 1 year (preferred)
