Interior Designer

**Job description**- Visiting job sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space- Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors- Creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability- Getting approval from the client before creating CAD designs and detailed briefs for workers and supervisors- Hiring contractors and vendors to implement design ideas, such as Carpenters, Painters, Plumbers, Electricians and Artists- Overseeing the buying process of all raw materials and items required to complete the projectJob Requirement2.Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.3.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.4.At least one completed project experience required.5.Self-motivated, committed and sense of ownership.6.Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English is advantage.**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,700.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Interior Design: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
