Interior Designer

Job Responsibilties-Create and prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, models and visuals.-Propose and design new concept to each clients according to their desired needs. -Attend meetings and lias with customers. Understanding their needs and translate into workable concepts and design.-Handle all documentation required on project requirements.-Propose suitable construction materials, color scheme, materials needed, carpet, carpentry work and etc. -Lias with team during and current progress of all on going projects.-Schedule frequent site visits to ensure works are done according to plan, and control daily working site progress. -Analyze and Inspect problematic areas in sites. Have to be extremely analytic and alert on noticing detailing.-Able to perform other task given by Manager. -Candidate must possessed at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduated Diploma/Bachelor Degree n INTERIOR DESIGN/ ARCHITECTURE others or equivalent.-Required Language : English/BM/*Mandarin/*Cantonese *Optional- If have- highly advantaged-Must have own transportation.-Required skills : AUTOCAD, 3DMax, Sketchup, 2Design
