Job Responsibilities:- Supervise project planning and scheduling, including interior design, tendering, and coordination of interior fit-outs.- Engage with clients to effectively manage schedules, costs, timeframes, and quality standards.- Coordinate closely with subcontractors to ensure timely progress on drawings, submissions, completion letters, and delivery procedures.- Implement and monitor budgeting and expenditure control measures.- Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and adhering to building contractual terms and Malaysian regulations governing interior design projects.- Lead site operations, ensuring efficient coordination and conducting regular safety meetings.Job Requirements:- Hold a **Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in interior design or architecture from an accredited institution**.- Possess advanced skills in **3D Studio Max, Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office**.- Exhibit expertise in built-ins details, architecture, mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems, and project specifications relevant to renovation/construction projects.- Bring a minimum of **5 years of hands-on experience in renovation, project management, and coordination roles**.- Display exceptional interpersonal communication and analytical abilities, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Demonstrate strong multitasking skills, adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as necessitated by project demands and deadlines.- **Preferred Chinese Male/Female.**:- Able to commute to work and other states in Sarawak.**At Acetalent, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our company values.
