Interior Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for coordination, supervision, monitoring & control &organizing site activities, scheduling and controlling on progress of workand quality control checking.- Liaise with Clients, Sub-Contractor and Designer to ensure that all workdone accordingly and specifications.- Assist in material managements such as preparation of R.O.M (Requestof Materials) and ensure materials are received in order and control ofresources.- To ensure safety precaution taken at site.- Prepare relevant projects report and implement day to day activities asassigned by Superior.- Attend site meeting with subcontractors, consultants and clients.- Other specialized tasks as instructed from time to time.**Requirement**:- graduate with working experience also encourage for interview.- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Interior Renovation andConstruction or related fields.- Microsoft project, words, & relevant skills.- Required language(s): English, Malay, Chinese would be add advantage.- Possess own transport.- Full time position(s) available.
