We are looking for an interior designer for our Design & Build and Consultancy projects who can exhibit strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate superior technical design skills and is able to create designs that are functional, creative, and sustainable.The **Junior Interior Designer** is responsible for managing client relationships, developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications, budgets, construction documents, and managing project teams.**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**- Analyzing the client's needs and goals and understand their needs and translate into workable concepts & design.- Integrating findings with knowledge of architecture, interior design, economic trends as well as legal and regulatory requirements- Good artistic and flair for design for concept and presentation.- Creating & preparing layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, models and visuals. and liaise with clients.- Can meet datelines and maintain a consistent high standard of work.- Result-oriented, able to work independently with good planning and organisation skills.- Schedule frequent site visits to ensure works are done according to plan, and control daily working site progress.- Able to handle, coordinate and liaise with clients or designers.- Good in observation, designing, detail drawing and shop drawing.- Prepare working drawings and specifications for architecture, interior construction, space planning, materials, finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment- Create and deliver solid documentation (site memo, meeting minutes, progress reports) within the given SLA- Reviewing and evaluating construction during implementation and coordinating the completion of the project with a consultant team**Requirements**:- With 2-3 years of work experience in an architecture or interior design studio- Degree in architecture or a related field.
