To assist lawyers in litigation and corporate advisory files- To assist lawyers in handling and managing tasks/assignments - collating, reviewing, and analysing contracts/documents, drafting of agreements, letters of demand, general letters, drafting of cause papers pertaining to litigation, research, attending court, attending meetings, handling clients, assisting/conducting hearings, full trial, appeals, other related work- To assist lawyers in managing & administering multiple files, corresponding with clients, preparing status reports, and attending to the needful to ensure that the files are duly monitored & in order at all times- To assist in contributing to the firm's business development- To assist in other general tasks/assignments as assigned by the firm**Job Requirements**:- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision, as a team- Ability to work under pressure- Ability to meet collection targets set- Good command of the English and Malay (emphasis) languages, written and spoken- Proficient and tech-savvy in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, platform, and Whatsapp- Good research, drafting, and opinion writing skills- Orderly/consistent organizational, time management skills- Eye for detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload- Continuous learner, willing to reskill and upskill- High sense of accountability**Skill Level**:Fresh/Entry Level**Salary Range**:RM1000 - RM2000- About Rishi & PartnersRishi & Partners is a boutique corporate & commercial law firm which predominantly handles complex contentious civil/commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution and corporate/regulatory advisory work.
