Intern (Business Administration)

You will reporting directly to the Senior Sales Admin Executive. Students who are able to start their internship with us in May 2024.**Job Specification**- Prepare sales quotations.- Process orders, invoices, and coordinate deliveries.- Manage customer inquiries and orders promptly.- Maintain customer database and generate part codes.- Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and delivery arrangements.- Coordinate with production for order fulfillment and quality control.- Monitor orders and accounts receivable for key customers.- Communicate production and delivery updates to customers.- Coordinate logistics for timely delivery.- Support sales team with day-to-day operations.**Job Qualification**- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently.- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, patience, and a positive attitude.- Willing to work in Port Klang area.**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 3 monthsSchedule:- Monday to Friday
