Intern - Corporate Secretary

Job Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of statutory documents and circulation of documents to the relevant partiesAssist to maintain statutory books and records and ensure proper filing of documentsAssist and provide administrative and secretarial support at daily basisUpdate and maintain relevant records and documents through software and filing systemPrepare documents, or resolutions, or minutes as requested for clientsAssist for meeting preparation.Completing the assigned tasks within the given deadlinePerform ad-hoc duties, as necessaryJob Requirements:Undergraduate Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent.Preferably at least 3 to 6 months internshipProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Words, Outlook)Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
