**About the Role**:**Grade Level (for internal use)**: 05**The Team**:Editorial, Design and Publishing (EDP) provides training, tools, and standards to help create high-quality products. We catch errors and mistakes, from typos to potential copyright and other legal liabilities. We guard the brand, flagging and fixing elements that do not align with our guidelines. Through our comprehensive editing, design, desktop publishing, and print/production services, we ensure our customers can count on S&P Global.**The Impact**:**Responsibilities**:Supports training and development programs within the EDP team, which includes creating training modules and auditing training catalogues.Analyzes existing work processes and develops agile solutions, which includes collaborating with technical experts and joining meetings with workflow owners.Executing process improvement, including tracking metrics, deploying surveys, identifying patterns, interpreting data, and pitching.Managing EDP's in-house campaigns**What we're looking for**:Fully matriculated undergraduate or postgraduate students in their penultimate year of studies. (Graduation date: no later than June 2025).Available to join from June 2024 onwards.Excellent communication and writing skills.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.Ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting.Familiarity with Microsoft 365What's In It For You?**Our Purpose**:Progress is not a self-starter.
