**Responsibilities**- Provide other support and ad-hoc tasks as require by Superior.- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.- Make travel arrangements.- Co-ordinate and delegate work as directed by Superior to execute the Company's plan and activities.- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring Director is well-prepared for meetings by producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.- Undertaking a variety of administrative tasks such as office petrol cards, car keys and prepare monthly petty cash claim including personal matters.- To drive in a safe and timely manner.- Fully assist CEO.- May be required to drive outstation occasionally if required.- Arranging regular cleaning and maintenance serviced for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions.- Reads and interprets maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient route service.**Required skills and qualifications**- Preferable MALE.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to multitask and manage time wisely.- Punctual and good attendance record.- Possess good writing skill, communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.- Good time management, independent, driven to get job done and proactive in identifying and highlighting urgent and critical issues.- Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and able to perform multitasking.- High school diploma or equivalent.**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 4-6 months**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible scheduleSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Secretarial & Driver: 1 year (required)License/Certification:- Driver's License (required)Expected Start Date: 09/01/2023
