**Get to know the team**:You will be apart of an energetic, cohesive and fun team with a strong performance culture and people-orientation within a respectful work environment. The Operations Team is responsible for maintaining a high standard of operation excellence in the city they manage. The team needs to be able to create quick wins and create long term supply satisfaction to accelerate growth.**The day-to-day activities**:- Support campaign owners execute local tactical and strategic campaigns- Shadow the team to write creative briefs for designers and deliver collaterals & communications- Assist with execution of on-ground study and survey- Assist with ad-hoc campaign launches- To give meaningful inputs regarding process improvements and perform research work.- Work closely with the city leads to ensure market insight of the current supply can be described.- Assist with administrative tasks and any other duties delegated by the city leads.**Skills Requirement / The must haves**:- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in any field.- Open to students at all years of study.- You should possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.- You should be agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with an excellent time, presentation, and project management skills.- Having a positive attitude and can-do spirit is critical.- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin / Cantonese would be an advantage too!- Basic knowledge of Excel (basic formulas such as SUM, IF, VLOOKUP etc).Attentive to detail and accuracy.- Critical and analytical thinking skills with a sound understanding of marketing principles and message positioning- Willing to work on-site during execution of on-ground study & survey.- Must be based in Ipoh during the internship period
