Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:- Preparing offer letter and regarding HR matter documents as per CEO request- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details- Gather data like leaves, personal details and bank accounts- Screen resumes from job ads like indeed, linked, myfuture job and etc- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)- Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining annual leave days, and etc)**Requirements**:- Currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail, in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.**Internship Period**: 3 - 4 Months**Allowance**: RM500 - RM600**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 4 months**Salary**: Up to RM600.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
