**JOB DESCRIPTION**This opening is part of onsemi's Seremban Engineering Internship Program, which will allow you to gain enriching and diverse experiences and work side by side with experienced engineers to power your career. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands on experience working on projects within the the Process, Equipment, Manufacturing and Quality departments.**In this role you will**- Support various areas of manufacturing including assembly, test, maintenance, quality and package development- Resolve and propose solutions to day-to-day manufacturing/R&D process issues- Test and monitor design to correct any flaws- Support continuous process improvements for manufacturing, product quality, and reliability- Support developing and qualifying processes for new equipment, new products, or new/revised materials**BENEFITS**- Allowance : RM 1,500.00- Career opportunity and professional networking- Development of interpersonal and leadership skills.QUALIFICATIONS- Degree/Diploma in any engineering fields- CGPA 3.2 and aboveREQUIREMENTS- Time management skills to stay on schedule and see projects through to the end- Flexibility to pivot as priorities change- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to collaborate with team members- Able to manage complex project- Excellent communication skills
