Intern Information Technology

Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of prior work experience in an IT helpdesk operation or support role.
- Good communication and attitude to liaise with internal staff, support teams and vendors.
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to listen and pro-actively react to customer questions and requests.
- Goal-oriented and extremely hard working with a desire to make a measurable contribution to company success. Responsibilities:
- Track and record all issues and problems in the tracking system.
- Troubleshooting, support and maintenance of PC/AV/network and Telco equipment.
- Liaise with users, IT group and vendors as required for support and escalations.
- Managing the IT Assets and updating the records.
- Manage assigned projects to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
- Troubleshooting and resolution skills in IT helpdesk operations including End User Support.
- Audio/Visual equipment, Network and Telco Support.
- Perform any other duties and functions as assigned by supervisor/manager.
