Intern-Maintenance

Job Descriptions:- Assisting all maintenance works which includes of electrical systems, plumbing, machinery, mechanical and etc for the group of companies' properties;- Assist in Performing air-conditioners routine checking, chemical wash, installation and any repair services for group of companies' properties;- Assist in Survey and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations.- Assist in Upkeep & maintenance of company's property buildings, equipment and to solve any issues.- Assist in repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures.- Assist in developing and implement preventative maintenance procedures.- Assist in managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.- Assist in conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.- Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting and carpentry.- Other Plan and schedule repairs.duties at the discretion of the Management**Job Type**: Internship**Salary**: From RM300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift**Experience**:- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- Driver's License (preferred)Application Deadline: 12/01/2023Expected Start Date: 12/01/2023
