Details of the offer

Job responsibility : Updating company databases by inputting new employee information and employment details. Drafts employment agreements and amendments contracts/letters. Send background checks and save results when they are returned. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters. Work across department managers and manage expectations. Assist with personnel administration, employee information, and employment applications. Office Management tasks: sorting and filling employee files, payroll data, and other hr intern duties. Prepare any HR letters as required. Follow up with candidates onboarding documents and track progress via email or call. Create reports on HR processes when needed. Involves in HR projects. Performs other related administrative tasks. Openly share new ideas and information with other team members. Job Requirement : Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Has the ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills. Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Great communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and a good team player. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work in The Ascent Paradigm PJ.
