Job Description SSD NPM BLR for mobile and automotive projects & systemic improvement projects Manage the plan, resources, time and tasks of the NPI cross functional teams, coordinating the completion of milestones with critical product development program goals and available resources. Develop ramp up plan for new products and conduct manufacturing readiness reviews (MRR) & postmortem. Supervise the readiness activities, communicating and driving priorities, and resolving technical, resources and other issues with cross functional teams to facilitate achieving the overall business goals. Facilitate phase review vs gating criteria (design to HVM – target yields, test time/UPH, Cpk, DPPM, Capacity, Materials, etc). Facilitate the transition of NPI handoff to sustaining Core Team for new products. Official hand-off will happen upon LPR. Develops and presents program status and review information (One Stop Product Health Dashboard) to department/corporate groups resulting in influencing the direction or decisions.
