**Aufgaben**:**Job Description**:Administrative support within the ramp-up of the RO.EC2. Governance of IT tools incl. access granting and Maintenance of TEAM channels, Asanaetc.3. Setup of internal financial process between RO.EC and MBM (e.g. procurement)4. Preparation of Management presentations (ppt)5. Schedule alignment with HQ6. Coordination of cross-functional task between RO.EC, HQ, Markets and Agencies7. To support other work requirement within the team and department as request by Manager, RO.EC.**Qualifikationen**:- Minimum degree holder Marketing, Business Management, International Marketing preferred Fluent in English language - both oral and written Computer literate - MS Office and other software tools will be added advantage Good interpersonal skills, outgoing and ability to work as a team- Agile and passionate to learn new things
