Responsible for an efficient and effective machine and facilities maintenance management of the factory, to ensure production is operated smoothly and efficiently at an affordable cost as targets achieved.**Tasks & Responsibilities**:1. To continuously review preventive maintenance checklist to ensure continuous improvement will support machine reliable operation.2. To coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance activities to ensure preventive maintenance effectiveness and machine good reliability.3. To carry out modifications and changes of existing machine and documented it to improve quality as well as productivity.4. To enhance subordinate awareness of product quality issue.5. participate strongly in factory improvement or new product development projects.6. To plan and coordinate service department manpower job deployment effectively and fairly.7. To follow-up and coordinate un-resolve findings of a preventive maintenance activity.8. To collaborate with production team to troubleshoot machines/equipment issue, to minimize impact to production operation.9. To train and coach, the maintenance team members improving their knowledge and skills.10. To monitor spare parts controlling method of stock receiving and issuing.11. To ensure factory operations comply with FMA 1967 & OSHA1994 requirements.12. To implement, follow-up of 6S and Kaizen activities continuously.13. To capture data, establish an analysis, provide conclusion and improvement action.14. To improve spare parts quality.**Requirements**:1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering2. Minimum duration of 3 months of internship3. Preferable final year student4.
