In your new role you will: P- erform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process (Silicon Epitaxy) W- ork as a team between Manufacturing / MNT / UPE / LBS / Technology / Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions. S- upport tool installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow. P- erform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management. E- nsure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools. M- anage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP) I- nitiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projectsYou are best equipped for this task if you have: A- n undergraduate with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry or any equivalent Science field. D- emonstrable ability related to math and engineering principles. E- xcellent data analytical and engineering problem-solving K- nowledge in thermodynamics / statistic is an added advantage. G- ood analytical and data analysis skills. S- trong communication skills, Self-motivated and good team player. I- nnovative and can work independently to drive technical projects.
