Human by nature.**Intern - Your future position?**- As the Intern, you will assist with various shipping and warehouse tasks including import shipment clearance monitoring, documentation preparation, administrative tasks, and more. You will be based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka while reporting to Logistics Manager.**Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible in**:- Support import shipment clearance monitoring, documentation completion, and submission in Shipping.- Aid in preparing import shipment documentation for HS Code classification challenges by MY Custom within Shipping.- Assist with shipping administrative tasks such as updating reports, validating invoices, and maintaining records in Shipping.- Help sort hardcopy shipping documents for duty drawback processes in Shipping.- Support document filing and maintenance for audits and update team boards in Shipping & Warehouse.- Assist in creating SOPs, OPLs, and workflows for new warehouses after Manager review in Warehouse.- Aid in uploading and updating audit closure evidence in Warehouse.- Support Warehouse Supervisor in conducting training for newcomers in both Shipping & Warehouse.**You?****Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
