You will be a key part of helping the business to responsible for implementing, directing, and overseeing the internal auditing and compliance programs.**Main responsibilities of the Internal Auditor role**- Develop, coordinate, and execute the internal controls framework, encompassing the creation of an internal control manual and plan.- Lead and oversee audits and continuous assessments of organizational controls, operational protocols, and adherence to policies and regulations, identifying areas of potential risk and reportable matters.**Key requirements**- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance- At least 5 years of hands-on Internal audit experience in manufacturing company & independent problem-solving, project management, and analysis experience in the finance, accounting, or auditing areas.- Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills- Must be attentive to detail and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.**Benefits**- Contractual Bonus- Performance bonus
