Our initial success came through being able to supply goods at competitive prices and by providing both reliability and continuity of supply.**Job Descriptions: -**- Playing the role of a key partner in ensuring recruitment needs are met, sharing critical information with hiring managers and keeping them regularly informed on progress.- Perform fast-pace high-level sourcing for all levels of positions in the company.- Weekly report to hiring managers on the status of open positions and target achievement.- Perform pre-employment checks if required.- Assist in onboarding and offboarding process.- Managing the recruitment and selection process from end-to end (from managing job portals, proactive sourcing, CV & phone screening shortlisting, scheduling and conducting interviews and etc); conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.- Prepares correspondence letters - offer letters, appointment letters, promotion and or increment letters, confirmation letters, acceptance of resignation letters, employees' verification letters and etc.- Conduct orientation / induction for all newly join staff.- Other duties as deemed necessary.**Work Requirement: -**- **Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.**:- **Posses own transport** and willing to work at **Taman Molek.**:- Good in both written and spoken **Mandarin**, English and Bahasa Malaysia.**Why Join Us**:- We give out performance **bonus** yearly.- We provide **KPI Incentives** after confirmation.- **Staff purchase with discounted rates**, given to those who wish to purchase company products.- Company-wide **annual dinners** are held at the end of each year, as are employee recognition award celebrations.- **Free parking** in company premises.- You will have plenty of **opportunity to grow** as a pioneer in our industry.- We practice a **vibrant & energetic** office culture.**Working Hours**:Monday to Saturday : 5.5 Days9.00AM - 6.00PM**Why Join Us ?**- Fun working environment
