**Position: International Freight Logistics Administrator.**:- **Salary: RM 3000-4000.**:- **Work Location: Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya.**Our client is a well established and industry leader in international multi-modal logistics forwarding industry. The company provides mainly ocean freight and warehousing for their customers. Now they have an opportunity for a freight forwarding all rounder to handle a combination of Import and Export operations within their business main office in Kelana Jaya.**Key responsibilities**- Liaising with Customers, suppliers,overseas agents/offices.- Co-ordinating export documentation requirements including receipt and verification of export documentation,issuing booking confirmation.- Export shipment registration requirements and issue pre alerts to overseas office/agents.- Assist with coordination of export collection/import deliveries.- Verification of documents received from overseas to ensure completeness and accurate.- Invoicing customer/agents and verifying vendor invoices for approval.**The Person**- Malaysian female with Diploma qualification in Shipping or Freight Management.- Possess 1-2 years work experience within a freight forwarding or logistics industry role.- Possess excellent verbal/written communications skills in this case English and good customer service skills.- Experience with the computer system Cargowise will be an advantage.**HOW TO APPLY
