International Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, considering global factors and cultural nuances.- Lead and motivate geographically dispersed teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.- Manage project scope, budget, and timelines with a keen eye for detail and risk mitigation.- Oversee vendor contracts and ensure compliance with international regulations.- Navigate cultural complexities and build strong relationships with international stakeholders.- Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced project efficiency.- Develop and deliver project reports that clearly communicate progress and results to key decision-makers.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a successful track record in international projects.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Ability to build trust and rapport with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.- Fluency in English and a second language (a plus).- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).- Adaptability and a willingness to travel internationally.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
