Internship - Customer Service (Telco)

**Job description**- Handling customer support calls, helpdesk ticketing, and following up on the complaints on customer's lodged issues- Assist increase of retention.- Possessing excellent company packages and service knowledge to enhance customer support.***Job Requirements**:- SPM & above, Interns are welcome to apply.- Writing and speaking in Malay and English.- Speaking and writing in Chinese will be added advantage.- Work location: Millerz Square, Old Klang Road.- 5 days per week (Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm)- Good communication and interpersonal skills.**Job Types**: Internship, Fresh graduateContract length: 6 monthsPay: From RM800.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayExpected Start Date: 05/06/2024
