Responsibilities As an intern with Transaction Services, you will get the opportunity to learn and broaden your skills in these areas: Participate as engagement team member on buy-side/ sell-side transactions and support the project team in conducting financial due diligence work Accelerate accounting knowledge and financial statement analysis Experience a dynamic and professional working environment Requirements Undergraduates who have completed their first two years' of Degree course in one of these fields, with preferably a CGPA of 3.2 or Second Upper - Accounting or Finance. Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written. Active in extra-curricular activities, with strong leadership qualities.
