Experience a supportive work environment with these added conveniences!**Responsibilities**:- **Invoice Verification and Payment Preparation**: Assist in verifying suppliers' invoices and preparing payments.- **Customer Payments and Tax Invoices**: Follow up on customer payments, issue tax invoices, and verify materials backcharged by clients.- **Sub-Contractor and Worker Claims**: Participate in processing claims from sub-contractors and workers.- **Reconciliations**: Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and reconcile statements from suppliers and customers.- **Recording Transactions**: Assist in recording purchases, inventory items, and labor costs.- **Inventory Data Maintenance**: Maintain the inventory module data, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and reliable.- **Stock Count Participation**: Participate in stock counts and assist in preparing stock count sheets, stock reconciliation, and related reports.- **Financial Closing and Audit Assistance**: Assist in monthly financial closing activities and annual audits.- **Filing and Documentation**: Maintain regular and accurate filing and documentation of financial records.- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the Accounts Department.**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate, Student jobPay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Company car- Free parking- Opportunities for promotionSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
