Internship For Building Maintenance

Assist superior on below task:- Inspection of Mechanical & Electrical equipment on a daily basis- Preventive planning on the future operations of equipment and defect rectification- Repairing and servicing of the air-conditioning system- Record and report all faults, deficiencies and any other unusual occurrences- Inspection, repairing & servicing include day to day operations of the car park system- Able to do plumbing & sanitary works assigned.- Able to prepare/ plan for material & pulling cabling for minor electrical works- Upkeep the store and maintenance room- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 3-6 months**Salary**: RM300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal providedAbility to Commute:- Sungai Petani (required)Ability to Relocate:- Sungai Petani: Relocate before starting work (required)
